- Lead multiple engineering teams across Vietnam and the UK to build HRM and Payroll products serving Employment Hero's global customer base, delivering for the UK market at over $100M ARR.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship, guiding teams through complex problems with deep expertise in design systems, database deep dives, scaling, and performance optimization.
- Own product reliability end to end, from support-ticket triage and production escalations to systemic optimizations that keep services fast and dependable.

Senior Software Engineer / Advance BizQ
- Developed, implemented and maintained over 5 microservices within a large-scale system to help e-merchant acquirers actively monitor their merchants for high-risk behaviors.
- Leveraged Faust streaming and Kafka's distributed architecture to scale sentiment analysis operations, successfully processing and analyzing 10,000+ of data points daily.
- Led the migration of critical microservice components from Serverless to a Django application, overcoming challenges such as increased data load, ensuring data integrity, and minimizing downtime, resulting in enhanced scalability and system reliability.
- Optimized database queries and schema design to handle high-volume data operations and low-latency data retrieval, reducing query execution time by 30%.

- Developed advanced Celery-based Job Queues that enables smart routing & scheduling, monitoring, and executing hundreds of simultaneous ML processes.
- Solely responsible for designing and developing the backend of Industrial AI Institute to support internal training on industrial digital transformation.
- Implemented a synchronization mechanism to back up AI models for offline usages that supports 3+ factory production lines.
